Linda Edna Cardellini is the daughter of Lorraine (Hernan), a mother and Wayne David Cardellini (a father) who is a businessman. She is of Italian (from her maternal grandpa), Irish (from her mother), German, English and Scottish origins. Linda grew in San Francisco Bay region, California as the youngest out of four siblings. She began her interest in acting as a ten year old, after she sang in the school's Christmas show. She did school and community productions. Linda attended Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California. After graduating, she had to decide whether to go to New York to pursue theater or Los Angeles to pursue film and television. She went to LA. Linda was the first actress to play a major part as a character Bone Chillers, a 1996 television show. Freaks and Geeks, 1999 was her most memorable role. Lily James is a stage name given to Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson, an English actress who was born on the 5th of April, 1989. She trained as an actor in the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and made her debut on the British television series Just William (2010). Cinderella (2015) was her debut film after she portrayed the role of Lady Rose MacClare (2012-2015) in Downton Abbey, a period drama. James went on portraying the Countess Natasha Rostova for the television adaptation War & Peace (2016). James also appeared as Baby Driver (2017) and in period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (18) and The Dig (2021), and musicals Mamma Mia! We're Going Again (2019) and Yesterday (2018). Then, in 2022 her performance in the role of Pamela Anderson was recognized with an Golden Globe nomination and a Primetime Emmy Award.
