Angelica Bengtsson

Angelica Therese Bengtsson excels at pole vaulting. She was the winner of the first Summer Youth Olympics held in Singapore in 2010. Bengtsson was crowned gold medalist at both World Youth Championships of 2009 and the World Junior Championships of 2010 in Athletics. Angelica Panganiban was born in Payatas, Quezon City on the 4th of November, 1986. Her biological mother is a Filipina who died in 2008 and is buried in Singapore while her biological father Mark Charlson is an American who hails from Iowa United States and a ex-member in the US Navy. Mark Charlson, her birth father, is an American native of Iowa who retired in 1980. He was a member of the U.S.S. O'Brien which was stationed in Philippines. Her adoption was by Annabelle's Panganiban as she was just a newborn, and her grandparents Adolfo and Mila Panganiban helped to with her raising. O'Brien, stationed in Philippines. The Philippines was where she met Annabelle Panganiban as an infant. Her grandparents Adolfo as well as Mila Panganiban were able to raise her.
