Antonia Lofaso

The cuisine that is served by Chef Antonia offers an opportunity for guests to explore the depths. It is her food that inspires curiosity. This was the result as she moved out of her Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally rich landscape in Los Angeles. Cavatellis and carnitas coexisting in the same dish is what she believes in. What remains, however, in all of her dishes is an unifying view of the future, while also reminiscing about the previous. Scopa Italian Roots, which Lofaso established in 2013 received a great reception because it was inspired by her Italian roots. Lofaso's rendition of old school Italian dishes is among Los Angeles's most popular restaurants. Patrons have described Scopa as an indispensable local institution where Lofaso regularly provides food that is authentic and undeniably satiating. Lofaso was an apprentice to culinary masters learning their methods and taking risks. She did not hesitate to take risks to pursue her intuition. She soon rose to the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago, and then went further to collaborate with celebs in several Los Angeles kitchens. In 2011, Lofaso joined forces with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to launch Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. The home of Lofaso was located in Black Market Liquor Bar and her business relationships. Lofaso achieved the creativity she craved by working with her. Black Market doesn't have one distinct focus. This is the intention. The menu could start with dill potatoes chips as well as shishito chillies, then go on to the Korean chicken dish, meatballs and wings. Antonia is the anchor of this dazzling variety. Through her entire career, Lofaso has measured her success with her exceptional ability to connect with her viewers while staying authentic to her personality. Her appearances on the Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars demonstrated her capability to communicate her personality outside of the kitchen. Since then she's maintained her professional career before cameras with CNBC's Restaurant Startup Judge as well as regular appearances on Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso teamed with Penguin to release The Busy mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious home-cooked Meals in the year 2012. This book also reveals about her struggles while raising Xea and pursuing her studies at her school, the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso says that the passion behind all of her accomplishments originates from the kitchen, and it's in this way that she continues to have a firm finger on the pulse. Chefletics transforms the appearance of cookwear by focusing on design and function. Her main focus is to remain true to her vision. To achieve this goal, she launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. This will provide clients with the most personal service.
