Awkwafina
Awkwafina Awkwafina, an American singer and actress began with a series of rap songs which dealt with the subject of sexual and race. Her career expanded to Hollywood following the release of several rap songs. Nora Lum was born to Chinese Koreans living in Forest Hills Queens. Her first exposure to music was from the trumpet. The classical, jazz, and hip-hop studies began when she was in her teens. Concentrating on school she majored in journalism and women's studies at college, even taking classes in Mandarin in Beijing for a time. It wasn't until she began focusing on music until after she graduated. My Vag, her track My Vag which was her response to the Mickey Avalon song My Dick, became a popular viral sensation on the Internet and was later featured on her first LP Yellow Ranger. On the album, there also were viral songs like Queef (body-positive) as well as NYC Bitche$. The final track was connected directly to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, which was released in the year 2015. She decided to pursue acting careers following the completion of her previous two ventures as a musician and author. Her film credits include films such as Neighbors 2, Storks, and Bad Rap. She had a breakthrough role in 2018 with a few movies that were highly regarded, such as Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. The EP was released by in Fina We Trust in June in the same year.
